Dhiren Shah is a Senior Chartered Accountant and started his practice in the year 1987 becoming the founding partner of the firm Dhiren Shah & Co. He expertise in direct taxation matters, Search, Seizure and Survey consultancy, Settlement Commission, Real Estate Consultancy, land revenue and transfer of property cases, arbitration matters, management audit advisory, company law matters and legal documentation.

He is a Member in many committees of CA Association, Ahmedabad. He has given lectures in many Seminars and Conferences on various topics held by CA Institute, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society , CA Association – Ahmedabad and other professional association and bodies.

Karan Shah (FCA, LLB)

Karan Shah is a practicing Chartered Accountant and became a partner of Dhiren Shah & Co. in the year 2011. He is involved in internal audit, statutory audit and tax audit. He provides consultancy in service tax, international taxation and direct tax. He does department representation in direct taxation matters at assessment and Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) level.

He is an active member of Executive committee of Chartered Accountant association of Ahmedabad. He is constantly updating himself by attending various seminars and conferences conducted by ICAI, BCAS, ACA, and IFA.

Nupur Shah (Advocate)

Nupur Shah is an advocate who specializes in Income Tax Act, Corporate laws and International Arbitration laws. She represents clients before CIT (Appeals), Settlement Commission, Gujarat High Court, Supreme Court and Tribunals including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad and National Company Law Tribunal (previously Company Law Board);and has represented clients before Mumbai High Court in the past.

Alongside court work, she provides arbitration services to individuals and body corporates. She also provides advice to corporates and individuals on legal issues in her areas of expertise. She also has participated in various International Court hearings including U.S. court for various Company Law matters as well as arbitration matters.

Bhavesh Shah (FCA, DISA)

Mr. Bhavesh Shah is a Senior Associate of the firm. He is well versed in the area of audit and taxation and he handles and represents the cases before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and Settlement Commission. He also handles professional work relating Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit.
